Did you know that craft beer is made using flower power? That’s right! Hops, green cone-shaped flowers, contain glands called lupulin which is the source of bitterness, aroma, and flavor in beer (Sierra Nevada).

Hops allow brewers to create a wide variety of unique - and delicious - craft beer, invoking tropical fruits, fragrant flowers, herbal tones, and more (Sierra Nevada).
